• Latest Profits Tax Demand Note & Company and Personal bank passbook of the latest 6 months, if you are a sole proprietor of, or a partner in a business.

3. Company's latest 3 months income proof³ (If company does not have any income proof, please provide guarantor's income proof³ );

4. Guarantor's⁴ valid permanent HK Identity Card¹and current residential proof²

Other supporting documents（if applicable）

1. Provisional or Formal Sale & Purchase Agreement;

2. Tenancy Agreement;

3. The repayment schedule for your existing mortgage;

4. Repayment records from your existing mortgagee bank showing the last three month's payments

Remarks

1. If applicant is not Hong Kong permanent residence, apart from HK Identity Card, please provide a valid passport to confirm nationality

4. At the time of loan application, guarantor should be the company's shareholder and director
